My Locktober Rules: A Personal Guide to Submission

The Locktober challenge is a unique and deeply personal journey. While the commitment to staying locked for the entire month is a universal thread, the specific rules we follow make the experience our own. When my Keyholder and I plan our Locktober, we set rules that ensure my submission is complete and rewarding. I want to share them with you, not as a definitive guide, but as a starting point for the conversation you can have with your own Keyholder.

These are my rules.

My Foundational Locktober Rules

These are the essential rules my Keyholder and I agree on. For me, they form the core of my challenge.

I wear my cage 24/7 for the whole month. This is the one rule that I can’t break. My cage is a constant, beautiful reminder of my submissive state and my commitment to the challenge.
My Keyholder does not allow me to cum without the cage. This rule is crucial for my discipline. My only release is while I’m wearing my cage, which reinforces the psychological power of my submission.
Sissygasm is allowed. Locktober is about redirection, not just denial. I love that I can explore my ability to climax through anal or prostate stimulation—a sissygasm—which is a beautiful and feminizing part of my journey.
I engage in daily anal training. To fully embrace the sissygasm and prepare for long-term submission, I’ve found that daily anal training is a fantastic way to become accustomed to and skilled in anal play.
My Keyholder and I agree on a cleaning routine and frequency. Hygiene is critical for extended chastity. Before I lock up, we establish a clear routine for cleaning my cage to ensure my comfort and safety.
I am allowed to change my chastity to reduce size. As my Locktober journey progresses, my body may adapt. A smaller, tighter cage enhances my feeling of helplessness and submission, making it a great way to deepen the experience. I love that we have a range of sizes, from a lightweight silicone cage for comfort to a variety of metal cages for a sense of permanent surrender.

Potential Rules to Deepen Your Challenge

Beyond my own rules, many sissies and Doms incorporate other rules to create a more immersive experience. These suggestions can be used to add a powerful layer of discipline and intimacy to your own Locktober journey.

Rules of Physicality & Obedience

Total Denial: Some people have a rule of no cumming at all for the entire month, making Locktober a challenge of complete denial. This is an excellent way to train your body to seek pleasure through non-ejaculatory methods.
Full-time wear. The chastity cage may be required to be worn at all times, with cleaning breaks taken only under the supervision of a Keyholder.
Fulfilling all Dom’s tasks. A Dom may require the sissy to fulfill household chores, shopping, and similar duties. In addition, this can extend Locktober submission beyond the bedroom.
Providing entertainment. A sissy’s role is also to please her partner. For example, proposing new forms of entertainment, such as watching a movie or making dinner, shows dedication to the relationship beyond the physical.

Rules for Intimacy & Control

Teasing & Orgasm Control: The Keyholder can withhold orgasms and only allow them when the sissy has fulfilled certain tasks or reached a certain level of teasing.
Permission for Pleasure: The sissy must ask for permission to use any toys or to engage in any self-stimulation, putting all control in the hands of the Keyholder.
Disobedience results in punishment. Any form of disobedience, no matter how small, can result in an extension of the lock time. This makes discipline a core part of the experience.
Asking for an unlock is a penalty, which can be no teasing or an extension of the lock time.
Engaging in mutual teasing. A Locktober challenge is a shared journey. Engaging in mutual teasing helps build incredible tension and makes the eventual release (or lack thereof) even more thrilling.
Providing intimate satisfaction. While a sissy’s body is locked away, she can still fulfill her Dom’s desires through alternative methods, e.g., mouth, vibrators, reverse pegging, etc.
Additional activities. A Dom may require a sissy to engage in additional activities, such as wearing a butt plug, stockings, or matching lingerie. These are excellent ways to increase her feminine headspace and stay in a state of constant submission.
