Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.

You may request a refund or reshipment if:

  • You do not want the product(s) you’ve received;
  • In rare occasions you received a wrong item.
  • The product got damaged during transport;
  • In rare occasions you received a defect product.

We don’t provide refund and returns if

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • You ordered a digital item (non-refundable).

Returns

In case you don’t want the product(s) you’ve received, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
You may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Transport Damage

In case your product got damaged during transport, please send us an email with photos within 14 days of receiving the product.

Defect product

Sissydreamland takes pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.
We understand that a defect may occur on rare occasions, and we ensure a prompt resolution of such a defect product.

A defect product is defined as any damage or malfunction that render the product unfit for its intended use.
Defects and damages caused by unskilled, excessive, or forceful bending, stretching, or obstructing the mechanical movement of the product will not be accepted by Sissydreamland.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, for instance for a different size of clothing or color, you must first contact us and we will provide you with exchange instructions. We do not accept certain products to be exchanged once they are removed from its original packaging.

How to submit a refund, reshipment or exchange request? 

Please submit your refund, reshipment or exchange request within 14 days after delivery.
You can do this by sending us an email.
 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
